She has extensive experience in strategic planning, project management principles and practices, developing partnerships, vendor and material management, and building rapport with architects, engineers, vendors, and other professionals.

• Certified Fenestration Master Professional (FMPC) with the Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance, FGIA since 2019.

Our diverse multi-skilled team has a combined 40+ years' experience, working in the Philippines, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and the Caribbean. The team consists of:

Each skilled worker has extensive experience in their respective fields and are trained in various areas, such as material take-off, and computer-aided drawings. The team includes an experienced AutoCAD operator who is also experienced in the use of Sketch-up and other computer-aided design software.

Our Glazing/Aluminium Team has over 20 years' experience and are experts working with glass and aluminum systems in both commercial and residential settings. Experience includes installation of:

• Curtain walls (stick and unitized)

• Storefronts

• Skylights, windows, and doors

• Showers, railings, and other glazing systems.

• Assemble and fabricate steel gate doors

• Fence and steel Trusses

• Aluminum composite cladding

• Other glass and aluminum systems

Our Carpentry Team has well over 30 years' experience carrying out installation and maintenance services in commercial and residential settings. They are experts in doors, frames, and hardware installation (metal and wooden) and carrying out pre and post- installation repairs and finishes.

Patrick M. Martin

As our HVACR expert, Patrick has over 30 years experience in the service industry and is a highly skilled professional in the field.

His expertise includes HVACR and commercial kitchen equipment, preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance management, facilities management, and project management.

He has extensive experience carrying out commercial kitchen equipment audits to diagnose and resolve malfunctions, repairs, build & install, and preventative maintenance to optimize readiness and safety.

Patrick stays updated with the latest advancements in HVACR technology and best practices through continuous professional development. He holds several industry qualifications.

• He is a certified Facility Management Professional (FMP)

• NCCER Certified in Construction Project Management

• Certification in Preventative Maintenance Management,

• Certification in Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration

He is factory trained and certified in various commercial kitchen equipment which includes True, Unox, Imperial, CMA Dish machines, Concordia Beverages, and Micromatic, and is certified under the National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA) and The National Council on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NCTVET) in the use of various refrigerants to include HCFCs and alternatives to HCFCs.

Abigail A. Tajah
